I'm a writer and editor based in Chicago. I write primarily about art, sports, queer politics, and pop culture.
I’m the digital editor for Howler Magazine as well as the managing editor for Chicago soccer blog Hot Time In Old Town. Some of the outlets I’ve written for include Paste Magazine (here are links to work published under my old name), MLSSoccer.com, FourFourTwo, Unusual Efforts, The Toast, The Sports Fan Journal, and The Victory Press. I also run Intermezzo, a blog about chess.
I studied interactive media at Columbia College Chicago as well as studio art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
I believe in Truth and Beauty, that none of us are Free unless all of us are, and that Art will save the world.
